Breakouts for Nov 2nd The first pick AUDC featured as a breakout on Sep 8th but was stopped out early. The stock has again broken from a consolidation on heavy volume. The stock reported earnings last Monday. The breakout coincided with new highs in on-balance volume, and a bullish MACD crossover in the trigger line. Price target is derived from the depth of the base. The second pick is CKCM. The stock is a thinly traded issue so is susceptible to wild price swings. The company reported record earnings last Wednesday. Given the low liquidity, it should be possible to get a fill on a retracement to $6.20-$6.25. The price breakout was combined with a move over resistance in the MACD trigger line. Slow stochastics are not yet overbought so there should be some residual upside left in the price movement before an intermediate top is reached. The third pick, LAD, is working its way out of a base. Technically, it is perhaps the best stock of the three, following breakouts of resistance in each of the three indicators. Recent fundamentals support the price advance. The price target is based on a test of 52-week highs, a breach of which would bring a revised price target of c$40.
