Breakouts for Aug 26th: One strong momemtum breakout, and two high risk, volatile breakouts for tomorrow. The first pick, JUPM, broke resistance on Aug 20th. The current breakout is a continuation of the original break, also on strong volume. The current buy is for a momentum move to the original price target set on Aug 20th. A tight stop should be run along the rising support trendline indicated (current stop around $14.99) for new and existing positions in this stock. The Internet Content sector, which includes TZOO (the latter reached its price objective today), is on a role - but don't lose site of price targets. The second pick, FORG, carries very poor Investors Business Daily rankings. Today's gain came in the absence of stock related news so skepticism should be the name of the game here. There is a bit of room to the next level of resistance, but a stock like this is vulnerable to whipsaw so slow accumulation around $1.50 using GTC orders looks the best play here. The third pick, ESWW, is another volatile penny stock. Some recent heavy volume pushed it over $0.46 resistance, but today's inverse hammer indicates supply concerns over $0.50. Use a string of GTC buy orders down to $0.47 with a stop at $0.46 to reduce the level of risk here. The stock received notification of an exemption order for its proprietary gasoline catalyst products.
